Certified Speaking Circles® Facilitator

I've been deeply questing for the truth in
my own experience, through my ongoing practices
of Speaking Circles®- 3yrs., Tai Chi- 11yrs.,
Journal Writing- 20yrs. and Earth-Based Healing-
30yrs. I participated in Somatic Psychotherapy-
12 yrs., practiced Vipassana Meditation- 12yrs.
and studied Aikido- 4yrs. I'm a Certified Reiki I
Practitioner.

For over 20 years, I was a Certified Teacher for
youth in experiential and innovative afterschool
programs. I was awarded,'The Superintendent's
Award for Teaching Excellence', through Environ-
mental Education.

I've earned degrees in Humanities & Arts
and Environmental Studies & Planning. And I
consider myself a life-time student of the Earth.

I am also a dedicated volunteer and I aspire to
generously contribute and be of service to my
communities. I am motivated by my sincere desire
to give back. My main commitment is to guiding and
facilitating presence within myself and others,
through cultivating relationships with True Nature.

Along with being recognized as a collage artist,
I am a singer of tales and a poet.

headed home with
honesty weighted
by the contours
of the unspeakable
between us

It’s a winding attentiveness,
a welcoming instability,
a spotlight disguised
as a hidden
elegant empathy

There’s a mix of essences,
elixirs of pure realities,
astounding pleasures,
stirred-up with
the admired flaws

I’m in the slipstream
of revelation’s wild graces,
the passage of language’s
nature amplified
through our eyes
